Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a Building Automation Lead located in Blackstone, VA. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building automation systems (BAS) that control HVAC, lighting, and energy management to ensure occupant comfort and energy efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a BS degree, 7+ years of experience, BAS manufacturer training, and a Top Secret SCI clearance. This on-site position is contingent upon contract award with CGS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years experience.
• Must be manufacturer trained on the BAS installed.
• Must provide Training Certificates.
• Top Secret SCI Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BAS to control mechanical and electrical systems including AHU, VAV, and lighting.
• Maintain and repair BAS modules, panels, components and fiber optic lines.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and supervise staff.
