You will review HVAC drawings, specify equipment, and create control diagrams and programming logic while coordinating with project managers and field technicians. The ideal candidate has hands-on BAS experience with Distech, Trane, or Honeywell, strong HVAC fundamentals, and excellent communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and engineering BAS systems for new or retrofit projects.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and control sequences understanding.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer BAS systems for new construction and retrofit projects.
• Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and sequences of operation.
• Prepare submittals with control diagrams, schematics, equipment selections, and programming logic.
• Provide technical support and documentation; assist with BAS integration.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and field technicians throughout the design process.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
