A Bartender/Server is a dual-role position where you will be required to mix and serve drinks while also taking food orders and serving tables.

Core Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, offer recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly to dining tables or the bar top.
• Compliance & Safety: Check identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest consumption to prevent intoxication and liability issues.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bar area, which includes washing glassware, replenishing ice, and restocking garnishes and liquor.
• Cash & POS Management: Process payments, handle cash, and manage open tabs accurately using the venue's Point of Sale (POS) system.
