JL Beers, a leader in craft beer, is hiring Beertenders/Servers for our Downtown Sioux Falls location. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. Experience is not required as we provide excellent training.

Job description

JL Beers, a leader in craft beer and highly recognized for our award-winning burgers, is looking for Beertenders / Servers at our Downtown Sioux Falls location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers and assess their needs
• Learn about beer and memorize our food menu and burger options
• Take customer's orders and serve food and drinks
• Pour beers and make recommendations to customers on flavors, styles, etc.
• Restock and replenish bar supplies and inventory
• Work as a team with other Beertenders to create an enjoyable guest experience
• Experience is a plus, but not necessary! JL Beers has an excellent Beertender training program to set you up for success.
