Job summary

The Country Club of Sioux Falls is seeking a creative, energetic Lead Bartender to supervise and develop all bartenders, ensuring premier hospitality, appearance, and cleanliness within the Clubhouse facilities.

You will manage cocktail programs, budgets, and labor costs while resolving member and staff concerns. Nights and weekends required; 8+ hour shifts available. Health, dental, and 401K plans are available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Food & Beverage
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and energetic approach

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and develop all bartenders
• Ensure high standards of appearance, hospitality and cleanliness
• Resolve conflicts with Members and Staff
• Develop and implement cocktail programs to increase revenues
• Open and close Clubhouse and manage operating hours
• Control labor and beverage costs

Lead Bartender

The Country Club of Sioux Falls is seeking a creative, motivated, energetic and dependable individual to be a Lead Bartender.

Duties include:

• Management, training and professional development of all Bartenders
• Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and cleanliness of all Club House facilities
• Resolve conflict with Members and Staff
• Develop and implement cocktail programs to increase revenues
• Manage within budgetary guidelines
• Health and safety code compliance
• TIPS or TAM Certification
• Opening and closing of Clubhouse
• Assist with beverage programs in banquets, golf course, pool and clubhouse
• Help control labor and beverage costs
• Maintains Professional appearance
• Nights and Weekends are required
• Ability to work 8+ hour shift

Experience in hospitality field is preferred. Flexible hours are required. Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills and extreme energy.
