Yokozuna Benton is seeking a friendly, part-time bartender to join our bustling bar team. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, recommend pairings, and keep the bar area clean and organized.

You will monitor guests' alcohol consumption, handle payments, collaborate with servers and kitchen staff, and ensure compliance with local alcohol laws. Prior experience and a customer-focused attitude are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
• Provide recommendations to guests on drink pairings, cocktails, and the restaurant’s wine list.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is always prepared for service.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payments, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all local and state alcohol laws and regulations are followed.
