Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience preferred, but entry-level candidates may be considered.
• Understanding of beer, wine, and liquor; familiarity with common drink recipes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the predominant guest language(s).

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and take drink orders from guests.
• Present drink menus and make recommendations.
• Record drink orders, process payments, and make change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and glassware.
• Restock liquors, wines, and non-alcoholic ingredients.
• Monitor safety and compliance with alcohol serving procedures.
