We are seeking a sophisticated, skilled, and personable Bartender to join our elite team. This role demands a passion for hospitality, expert knowledge of mixology, and the ability to provide seamless service tailored to a discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, discretion, and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.

This position includes both à la carte lounge service and banquet bartending responsibilities for private events and exclusive member gatherings, requiring versatility and a strong understanding of event‑based beverage execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and creativity.

Deliver attentive, personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of discretion.

Serve as a banquet bartender for private functions and members‑only events, following detailed event specs and service standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding lounge or event areas.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and requisitions in coordination with bar leadership.

Recommend drink pairings and upsell premium spirits, wines, and specialty offerings.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible service protocols.

Collaborate closely with event staff, managers, and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution.

Foster an inviting and upscale environment aligned with The Retreat’s luxury standards.

Qualifications:
