Tips average $350 - $650 per day

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by serving beverages, managing the bar area efficiently, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This is a very fast paced and high volume position and we are looking for experienced candidates who can carry themselves professionally and perform at a consistent and exceedingly high level on a nightly basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Prepare and sell alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and recommend drink selections.
• Operate TOAST POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain bar setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; replenishing beverages; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling practices.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the bar environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cashiering protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant isrequired.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a high-pressure setting.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations in the food industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
