Job summary

Future Bars Group is seeking a Bartender for The Dawn Club on Market Street in San Francisco. Shifts are typically 3 pm–11 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, with occasional closing shifts.

You will prep the bar, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean, professional environment while delivering quality drinks. This role requires a minimum of 2 years bartending experience in busy settings, knowledge of drink-building techniques, and the ability to stand 8–10 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in busy hotel, restaurant, or nightclub.
• Knowledge of various drink-building techniques and styles and knowledge of different spirits and wines is preferred.
• Flexible evening availability and ability to take direction from managers.

From the team behind bars like Bourbon & Branch and Local Edition comes THE DAWN CLUB. The Dawn Club is a bar on Market Street in San Francisco that include cocktails, live jazz, and one of the rarest whisky collections in North America. Most shifts will be between 3 pm and 11 pm, with occasional exceptions (closing shifts).

• Prioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficiently
• Take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing, as necessary
• Keep work relationships professional and courteous
• Demonstrate attention to details

Qualifications
