Join the team at Hilton Minneapolis, where exceptional service meets vibrant energy in downtown. We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to create memorable guest experiences at our lively bar and lounge. Your role will include crafting classic cocktails and signature drinks, bringing warmth, flair, and professionalism to every pour.

Ten 01 Social offers regionally inspired cuisine in a vibrant, welcoming setting. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with drinks, our menu and service elevate every occasion, reflecting the spirit of Minneapolis.

Pay Rate: $15.57/hour plus tips

Schedule: Open availability from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM for shifts lasting up to 8 hours, ending as late as 2 AM, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mix and garnish beverages per recipes and standards
• Serve beverages and food to guests
• Check IDs and serve alcohol in compliance with laws
• Handle payments accurately via POS system
• Stock and maintain bar supplies
• Ensure beverage perishables are stored and maintained properly

Additional Compensation: $15.97/hour plus tips

*Eligible for $1,000 New Hire Incentive (for new hires, not rehires or transfers).
