Join the team at Hilton Minneapolis, where exceptional service meets vibrant energy in downtown Minneapolis. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to create memorable guest experiences at our lively bar and lounge. Responsibilities include crafting classic cocktails, creating signature drinks, and providing warm, professional service.

About Ten 01 Social: This venue offers regionally inspired cuisine in a vibrant, welcoming setting. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Ten 01 Social elevates every occasion with intriguing menus and excellent service.

Compensation: $15.57 per hour plus tips

Schedule: Flexible shifts starting from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, lasting up to 8 hours, with potential shifts until 2 AM as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and provide efficient service
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to standards
• Verify guest IDs and serve alcohol in compliance with laws
• Handle payments accurately using POS systems
• Stock and maintain the bar supplies and perishables

Additional Details:

• Starting pay: $15.97/hour + tips
• Eligible for a $1,000 New Hire Incentive (conditions apply)
