Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout the event.
  • Deliver food and beverages according to standards, ensuring timing and presentation.
  • Communicate dietary restrictions to kitchen staff promptly.
  • Clear tables, refresh beverages, and anticipate guest needs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, bartenders, and servers for seamless service.
  • Uphold cleanliness and professionalism in service areas.
  • Set up tables, chairs, linens, décor, and layouts to match event specs.
  • Ensure neat table settings and aligned presentation.
  • Assist with audio/visual, lighting, signage, or equipment setup as directed.
  • Reset and tear down spaces after events and store equipment properly.
  • Maintain venue cleanliness, wipe surfaces, remove trash, and handle spills.
  • Identify hazards and support guest safety and experience under supervision.

Job Description
Day to day responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event
  • Deliver food and beverages according to AriensCo Hospitality standards, ensuring presentation and timing are flawless
  • Communicate dietary restrictions or allergies to kitchen staff promptly
  • Clear tables, refresh beverages, and anticipate guest needs to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with the kitchen, bartenders, and fellow servers to maintain seamless service
  • Uphold cleanliness and professionalism in all service areas throughout the event
  • Set up tables, chairs, linens, décor, and other items to match event specifications and layouts
  • Ensure table settings are neat, aligned, and aesthetically consistent
  • Assist with audio/visual, lighting, signage, or special equipment setup as directed
  • Reset and tear down spaces after events, organizing and storing equipment properly
  • Maintain venue cleanliness, including wiping surfaces, removing trash, and cleaning spills
  • Support safety and guest experience by identifying hazards and addressing issues quickly
  • Work under the direction of the Event Manager or Operations Lead and support teammates across roles
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Prior experience in hospitality, banquets, restaurants, or events preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments
  • Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and passion for delivering memorable experiences
