Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Pool Server to join our resort team in Naples, FL. This tipped position offers the opportunity to thrive in a high-volume outdoor environment while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will greet guests, assist with pool bar duties, take orders, and coordinate with bartenders to ensure a memorable experience for every guest. Must be able to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 75 lbs. This role also participates in the resort's benefits program and employee perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent guest service skills and strong oral communication.
• Ability to work in heat and in a high-volume outdoor environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests arriving at the pool in a professional, friendly manner.
• Assist with opening pool bar duties and taking orders.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Set up cascades dining area and walk the pool deck serving food and drinks.
• Know the bar menu, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Clear and reset tables as needed and coordinate with bartenders.

Responsibilities:

• Greets all guests arriving at the pool in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner. Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOP's
• Assist with opening pool bar duties.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, responds promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Maintains positive guest relations at all times.
• Open, set up, and organize cascades dining area
• Walk pool deck during service taking food and drink orders
• Have working knowledge of bar menu and drinks, garnishes and preparation methods
• Clean tables and rest as needed.
• Work closely with bartenders to provide quality guest experience
• Assist with closing shift duties

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Experience is a Plus
• Able to work in Heat during shifts
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
