Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic beverages per company directions.
• Comply with all laws and alcohol regulations.
• Maintain current certifications and training.
• Attend shifts regularly and maintain guest service quality.
• Promote Crown Club and promotions to guests.
• Accurately handle cash, coupons, and merchandise.
• Operate and clean concession equipment and storerooms.
• Follow opening/closing and safety procedures.
• Read training materials on harassment and discrimination.
