Job summary

Responsibilities

• Preparation of all alcoholic beverages as per company directions.
• Knowledge of and adherence to laws regarding serving alcohol.
• Ensure alcohol certification and training are current.
• Handling of all monies and merchandise and cash drawers.
• Excellent guest service and upselling techniques.
