Longboards Williamsburg is seeking an experienced Bartender/Server to join our front-of-house team in Williamsburg, Virginia. The role combines bartending and serving shifts, serving both bar guests and dining room guests, with emphasis on friendly, efficient service.

The ideal candidate enjoys teamwork, can work flexible evenings and weekends, and will provide knowledgeable menu guidance while ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender/server preferred.
• Teamwork and friendly guest service required.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Take food orders and provide menu guidance.
• Create a welcoming experience for every guest.
• On bartending shifts, serve bar guests and maintain a stocked bar.
• On serving shifts, manage an assigned section and serve guests.
