Longboards Williamsburg is seeking an experienced Bartender/Server to join our front-of-house team in Williamsburg, Virginia. The role combines bartending and serving shifts, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service, and ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, taking food orders, guiding menu choices, and maintaining a clean, stocked bar and dining area.

Qualifications

• The Bartender/Server is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, taking food orders, providing knowledgeable menu guidance and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• On bartending shifts, this employee will serve bar guests, prepare beverages for the dining room and maintain a clean, stocked and organized bar.
• On serving shifts, this employee will manage an assigned section and perform the regular responsibilities of a restaurant server.
