Longboards Williamsburg is seeking friendly, dependable Servers to join our front-of-house team in Williamsburg, Virginia for both part-time and full-time. Previous serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in hospitality.

As a server, you will greet guests, explain menu items, take orders, and deliver food and beverages while coordinating with the kitchen and bar.

We are seeking team members who enjoy working with people, take pride in providing excellent service and can remain positive and organized in a busy restaurant environment. Previous serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in hospitality.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Servers are responsible for creating an enjoyable guest experience from the initial greeting through the completion of the meal. This includes explaining menu items, entering orders accurately, delivering food and beverages, monitoring guest needs and working closely with the kitchen, bar and other front-of-house employees.

COMPENSATION

This is a tipped position offering an hourly base wage plus tips. Specific compensation details will be provided during the application and interview process.
