Hilton Garden Inn Wenatchee, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is seeking a Bartender/Server. You will take and deliver orders, prepare and serve beverages, process payments, and ensure regulatory compliance.

A clean, organized workspace and strong teamwork are essential for daily operations and events. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and are capable of working nights, weekends, and holidays with up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain any required permits or certificates.

Responsabilités

• Takes and delivers orders, prepares and serves beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
• Processes guest payments and ensures compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and collaborates with hotel departments to support events and daily operations.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and supports guest satisfaction.
