Job summary

Scottsdale Camelback Resort is seeking a Bartender/Server to join our restaurant, bar, banquet events, and poolside service areas. Energetic, service-driven individuals who love hospitality will fit in. You will provide friendly service, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Schedule may include AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays; pay is $13.85 per hour plus gratuities. Requirements include HS diploma or GED, 1+ year serving/bartending, alcohol awareness training, valid Food

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of serving and/or bartending experience.
• Alcohol awareness training and knowledge of state/local alcohol laws.
• Current or obtainable Food Handler’s Permit.
• Strong time management, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs and perform standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service by taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Prepare cocktails, beverages, and select food items to resort standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Set up and support banquet and special event service.
• Accurately handle cash and maintain personal cashier reports.
• Enforce Resort Pool Policies and alcohol service regulations.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do
