• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails according to Beef's recipes
• Present guest checks and process payments
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle multiple food and beverage items simultaneously
• Proficiency in operating POS and beverage equipment
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds continuously
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
