Located within Hilton Anatole, SER Steak + Spirits is our signature steakhouse on the 27th floor, overlooking 45 acres of downtown Dallas. This AAA 4-Diamond property features over 1,600 luxurious rooms, 600,000 sq ft of event space, and seven unique dining options, exemplifying excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mix and garnish beverages per recipes and portion standards
• Serve beverages to guests
• Check IDs and serve alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations
• Process payments accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers
• Maintain bar stock: beer, wine, spirits, supplies, glassware, ice, and produce
• Ensure quality and safety of beverage perishables
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed
