Job summary

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, seeks a full-time Bartender to join Bahama Bar, a Troon-managed outdoor bar and grill. This fast-paced property emphasizes member-focused service and teamwork.

You will prepare beverages to club standards, deliver warm service to members and guests, and keep the bar area clean and organized while handling charges accurately. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is required, with preference for private club or resort experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in private clubs or high-volume settings.
• Ability to thrive in an outdoor environment and fast-paced service.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Weekend, evenings, and holidays require availability.
• Current alcohol service certification preferred.

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Location:

This role is based at Bahama Bar, our vibrant outdoor bar and grill, open seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares and serves beverages consistently according to club standards.

Delivers warm, attentive, and professional service to all members and guests.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock rotation and setup and breakdown.

Works collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak periods.

Accurately processes member charges and maintains compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of one to two years of bartending experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality setting.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Open availability — weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.

Current alcohol service certification is preferred.
