The Gathering Spot in Atlanta’s exclusive Retreat rooftop club is seeking a sophisticated Bartender to deliver bespoke service, craft classic and contemporary cocktails, and support banquet bartending for private events and member gatherings. Bring 2–3 years in high-end hospitality, deep spirits knowledge, discretion, and exceptional communication.

You will work nights and weekends in a discreet, upscale environment, collaborating with event staff to ensure flawless beverage execution and guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending in a high-end hospitality or members-only setting.
• Banquet or event bartending experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and modern mixology.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality in a discreet, elegant setting.

We are seeking a sophisticated, skilled, and personableBartenderto join our elite team. This role demands a passion for hospitality, expert knowledge of mixology, and the ability to provide seamless service tailored to a discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, discretion, and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.

This position includes both à la carte lounge service andbanquet bartending responsibilitiesforprivate events and exclusive member gatherings, requiring versatility and a strong understanding of event-based beverage execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and creativity

Deliver attentive, personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of discretion

Serve as abanquet bartenderfor private functions and members-only events, following detailed event specs and service standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding lounge or event areas

Manage inventory, stock levels, and requisitions in coordination with bar leadership

Recommend drink pairings and upsell premium spirits, wines, and specialty offerings

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible service protocols

Collaborate closely with event staff, managers, and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe)

Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of all members and guests
