Sonesta International Hotels Corporation seeks a professional Bartender in New Orleans to deliver engaging service and craft cocktails while upholding brand standards. You will manage bar setup, service, and breakdown, and assist guests with menu suggestions and timely order execution.
The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, precise cash handling, and maintenance of a clean, organized bar area. A Louisiana server permit and ServSafe certification are required.

The Bartender is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the social venues of the hotel. The bartender sets-up, services, and breaks-down the bar area ensuring a high level of quality, consistency, and service.
You will be passionate and truly engaged in taking care of our guests, recognizing individual guests and anticipating their unique needs in order to exceed their expectations
You will consistently deliver our GUEST model: Greet or welcome everyone, warmly with a smile Use eye and ear contact and guest’s name Establish/anticipate needs Solve and own all requests/complaints Thank everyone
