Summary: The bartender is a key team member responsible for providing exceptional products and friendly service in a clean environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Adhere to all laws regarding alcohol service.
• Maintain current alcohol certification and training.
• Ensure consistent attendance.
• Promote coupons, promotions, and the Crown Club Program.
• Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting and thanking guests.
• Handle cash, merchandise, and operate related equipment.
• Follow all opening, closing, and emergency procedures.
• Upsell and suggestive selling techniques.
• Comply with food safety laws and dress code.
