Job Overview

The bartender is a team member responsible for providing exceptional products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment. Responsibilities include preparing alcoholic beverages, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining guest satisfaction, and handling cash and merchandise. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and complete all required training and permits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare all alcoholic beverages as per company directions.
• Adhere to all laws regarding alcohol service.
• Maintain current alcohol certification and training.
• Ensure consistent attendance.
• Promote coupons, promotions, and the Crown Club Program.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Handle monies and merchandise accurately.
• Operate and clean related equipment.
• Follow all opening, closing, and safety procedures.
• Follow emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures.
• Use sales techniques like upselling and suggestive selling.
• Follow counterfeit bill procedures and food safety laws.

Qualifications
