Summary: The bartender provides exceptional products and fast, friendly service in a clean environment, ensuring guest satisfaction. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and complete all required training and licensing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcoholic beverages as directed.
• Adhere to all alcohol laws and legal obligations.
• Maintain current alcohol certification and training.
• Ensure consistent attendance.
• Promote coupons, promotions, and Crown Club Program.
• Deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle cash, merchandise, and operate equipment responsibly.
• Follow all opening, closing, and emergency procedures.
• Apply sales techniques and ensure compliance with safety laws.
• Maintain proper dress code and guest interaction standards.
• Accurately manage cash drawers, inventory, and coupons.

Qualifications:
