Job summary

Columbia Hospitality is hiring a Bartender for Galloway's Cocktail Bar in Washington. You will craft and serve a variety of cocktails, create connections with guests, and maintain an unmatched, well-kept bar atmosphere.

You should have at least one year of craft cocktail experience, be proficient with the POS system, and hold a State Food Handler’s License and a State Mixologist Permit. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of craft cocktail knowledge in a busy setting.
• Ability to operate the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve inspired drinks while delivering distinctive experiences for guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and keep stock refreshed.

• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
