Job summary

Columbia Hospitality’s Galloway’s Cocktail Bar in Fairhaven seeks a skilled Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will prepare, garnish and serve drinks, manage POS transactions, and maintain a welcoming, high‑standard bar environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of craft cocktail experience, knowledge of liquor laws, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. This on-site role offers perks and opportunities across our global locations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of craft cocktail knowledge in a busy setting.
• Ability to operate the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Working knowledge to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Familiarity with bar equipment and their proper operation.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to guests.
• Deliver distinctive guest experiences and hospitality.
• Operate the Point of Sale system and manage orders.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels; restock as needed.

What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

• At least one year of craft cocktail knowledge in a busy setting, training and/or experience.
• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
