Job description

Our Hilton Garden Inn Temecula is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and independent-working Bartender to maintain the property beverage service up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team, you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns". Position Responsibilities:

1. Provide food service to guests as scheduled within outlets in accordance with service standards.
2. Assist with food and drink preparation as requested, including cutting fruit, mixing items, and beverages.
3. Arrange serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and paper products.
4. Keep self-serve items replenished.
5. Maintain cleanliness of serving counters and tables by wiping spills and removing trash.
6. Wash serving equipment, china, glass, and silverware, and return to storage after meals and functions.
7. Maintain a welcoming and friendly personality.
8. Operate POS systems, including handling cash, room charges, and credit cards as per hotel procedures.
9. Ensure all tables are properly cleaned, and dining areas are vacuumed.
10. Assist in maintaining safety equipment and emergency procedures for guest and employee safety.
11. Maintain inventory of supplies and keep all items at par levels.
12. Comply with food sanitation standards outlined in the brand's checklist.
13. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inventory as needed.
14. Be familiar with hotel facilities, their locations, and hours.

Job Requirements:

1. Previous food and beverage experience.
2. Food handler and liquor certification as required by law or brand standards.
