Position Overview

The Dome, a premier 5,000-capacity indoor-outdoor music hall in Virginia Beach's Atlantic Park, is seeking energetic and experienced bartenders to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing top-tier beverage service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and enhancing guest experiences.

Salary

Hourly wage of $2.13 plus tips. This range is provided by Oak View Group; actual pay depends on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and with high presentation standards.
• Engage with guests professionally to ensure excellent service and a lively atmosphere.
• Recommend premium drinks and specialty cocktails to boost sales.
• Handle transactions using the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the bar area, including stocking and cleaning, before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow responsible alcohol service laws, including ID checks and monitoring guest consumption.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during events.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in high-volume settings preferred.
