About the Role

The Dome, a premier 5,000-capacity indoor-outdoor music hall in Virginia Beach’s Atlantic Park, is seeking energetic and experienced Bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing drinks, engaging with guests, upselling, handling transactions, maintaining the bar, ensuring responsible alcohol service, collaborating with team members, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous bartending experience in high-volume venues preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and customer service skills.
• Must meet local alcohol service certification requirements (e.g., TIPS).
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly wage of $2.13 plus tips. Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and matching for part-time roles.
