Job Description: Bartender at Peak, 30 Hudson Yards

Join Oak View Group, a global leader in venue development, management, and hospitality services, as a Bartender at our premium venue located on the 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards. This role offers an hourly wage of $13.85 plus tips, with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and matching for part-time roles. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Position Summary

We seek experienced bartenders with expertise in Master Beverage service and a strong knowledge of the NYC food and drink scene.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for patrons.
2. Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks.
3. Assess customer preferences and recommend drinks.
4. Mix ingredients to create cocktails.
5. Assist in planning and presenting the bar menu.
6. Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
7. Restock and replenish bar supplies.
8. Provide excellent guest service.
9. Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a bartender with a strong resume.
2. Excellent knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving.
3. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
4. Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
5. Ability to maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar.
6. Barsmarts certification preferred or to be completed.
