Role Overview

The Reservationist is responsible for initiating guests' experiences via phone and email to ensure satisfaction. The role offers an hourly wage of $20.00 to $25.00, with benefits such as 401(k) savings plan and matching for part-time roles.

Position Details
  • Greet all guests upon arrival
  • Process queries and manage customer expectations politely and professionally
  • Communicate important guest information to management and staff
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism
