Job summary

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a Bartender for AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood in Orange Village, Ohio. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, taking orders, and ensuring smooth bar operations.

Ideal candidates show strong guest-service orientation, excellent communication, and eye for detail. 3–6 months of related experience and a customer-service mindset are preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months related experience; One year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing sidework per checklists.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding drinks and menu items.
• Take drink orders from customers or Servers. Prepare cocktails in accordance with standard beverage recipes.
• Take food orders from guests and submit to kitchen for preparation.
• Properly record all sales transactions and secure accurate payment.
• Wash glassware as needed.
• Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings, including wine lists and cocktail menu.
• Provide current information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel and surrounding areas.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

As a Bartender at the AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood it is not just about mixing drinks. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Job Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated Bartender with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. They should be passionate about the guest service experience, but also have an eye for detail. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to establish rapport with guests and colleagues.
