Overview

Position Summary:

Responsible for prompt, courteous service to bar and lobby guests by serving food and drinks, and maintaining the area.

Essential Functions

1. Take, mix, and serve drink orders.
2. Interact with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
3. Record sales, handle cash, and process payments following procedures.
4. Complete opening, closing, and side duties such as cleaning, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area.
6. Provide high-quality service at all times.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Ability to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws.
• Knowledge of various drink types.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Compensation Range

The pay rate is $8.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
