Hyatt is seeking an experienced Bartender for Paniolo Bar in Hawaii. The role focuses on crafting innovative cocktails, maintaining high quality, and delivering exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality setting.

You will train teammates, uphold safety standards, and engage guests to elevate their experience. Minimum 3 years in bartending/F&B, with Mixologist skills preferred, and Alcohol Awareness certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years bartending and food & beverage experience or equivalent
• Mixologist experience preferred
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (state regulations)
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and lead team members effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weights
• Provide TB Clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus tailored to various outlets and events

The hourly rate for the position is $33.07 per hour.
