Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s Miraval Oasis Pool Bartender role offers an opportunity to deliver timely, friendly beverage service at the resort pool. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, greet guests, and help ensure a welcoming, upscale experience in a fast-paced setting.

This role values refined communication, knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You will maintain bar cleanliness and follow safety standards while supporting events.

Qualificações

• Fast paced, fine dining and a passion for craft & mindful mixology.
• Proficient with POS touch-system.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine and liquor service and responsible service of alcohol.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work independently and outdoors.
• TIPS and Title IV certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Open the restaurant and ensure opening checklist is complete.
• Greet guests promptly and seat them in a friendly manner.
• Present menus, make beverage recommendations, answer questions.
• Monitor guest experience and ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and equipment.
• Receive and serve food orders to pool guests.
• Report issues to Manager and oversee safety compliance.

SUMMARY

Miraval Oasis Pool Bartender provides timely, accurate, and friendly service while serving the highest quality beverages for guests while upholding Miraval visions and values.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assure opening checklist is completed and restaurant is prepared for opening.
• Observe customers as they sit down at pool and assure they are greeted promptly and properly and seated in a friendly manner.
• Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
• Monitor and observe guest's overall experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with food and service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or problems.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Knowledgeable with food and beverage selections
• Learn names of patrons and personally recognize regulars.
• Wash and sterilize glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at thepoolandin the designated areas.
• Report any observed guest issues to Manager.
• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety codes and policies.
