Job summary

Chili's is seeking energetic bartenders who create a lively, hospitality-driven bar experience. You will keep the bar staffed, assist guests and teammates, and stay up to date on food and beverage knowledge to serve responsibly.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing attitude and desire to exceed guests' expectations.
• Able to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Meets minimum age requirement for the location.
• Team player with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Previous bartending experience is a plus.

• Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages

• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
