Job summary

Chili's is seeking an energetic bartender to join our team in Fargo, ND. You will create an inviting bar experience, know our drink menu, and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service.

In a fast-paced dining setting, you’ll manage multiple tasks, maintain bar cleanliness, and promote responsible alcohol service while contributing to a team-focused, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or serving roles preferred.
• Ability to provide friendly, accurate drink recommendations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
• Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
• Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
• Team player
• Previous bartending experience is a plus
