Chili's is hiring bartenders to create an inviting bar experience and lively dining atmosphere. You will serve guests, stay engaged behind the bar, and keep the area clean while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest

• Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages

• Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

About You

• Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
• Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
• Team player
• Previous bartending experience is a plus
