Job summary

Chili's is seeking a bartender to deliver outstanding guest service in a lively casual dining setting. You will mix drinks, answer questions about menu items, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The role requires a friendly, outgoing attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds. Prior bartending experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
• Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
• Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
• Team player
• Previous bartending experience is a plus
