Base pay range

$3.63/hr - $3.63/hr

Job Summary

The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Responsibilities include upselling items, creating recipes, utilizing proper equipment and ingredients, and handling basic cleaning duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience required
• Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
• Dependability: reliable, responsible, and fulfilling obligations
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Strong task and time management abilities
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Maintain composure and control emotions, even in difficult situations
