WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SERVER / FRONT WAITER

• Greet guests and welcome them to the restaurant
• Inform guests of menu choices and make suggestions
• Relay orders to the bar and kitchen using the POS system
• Anticipate and respond to guests' needs
• Build a friendly, professional rapport with guests
• Bus tables and prepare for the next guests
• Present bills, accept payments, and handle cashout
• Resolve guest issues courteously and respectfully
• Thank guests as they leave
