Freestone Lake and Golf Club is seeking a Bartender – Fine Dining to join our upscale resort team in Fairfield, Texas. You will deliver exceptional service in a no-tipping environment while crafting refined cocktails for guests.

Key duties include verifying ages, balancing cash, and suggesting beverages based on guest preferences. This role requires a 21+ age minimum, TABC certification, and 1–2 years in a luxury bar setting. Flexible shifts and a strong guest-focused culture are core here.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proof of current TABC certification, or willingness to obtain at company expense within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations surrounding the bartending profession.
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional cocktails.
• 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end establishment.
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Process payments.
• Clean glasses and bar utensils.

Position Summary

Freestone Lake and Golf is one of our new developments, and we are growing! We are looking for bartenders responsible for providing an exceptional experience in a refined, upscale environment. This role requires social awareness, the ability to provide lateral service, and a commitment to personalized guest interactions. This position operates in a no-tipping environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end establishment

• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
