Responsibilities

• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine and ice, maintains stock and perishables.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders; processes charges and payments.
• Checks IDs and ensures responsible service; operates POS and vouchers.
• Keeps bar clean and organized; stores items securely.
