Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of high-volume bar service.
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and health standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Operate bar equipment and cash terminals; work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages for guests and servers.
• Follow recipes with established measuring systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws.
• Act as cashier for servers and balance end-of-shift.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Handle guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Process dining room and room service orders promptly.
• Document transactions and communicate with other departments.
