Job summary

JINYA Ramen Bar is seeking an energetic Bartender to join our team. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a fun, relaxed, and exceptional dining experience while upholding JINYA’s service standards and full menu knowledge.

As part of our Bartender team, you will be responsible for upselling, guiding guests through daily specials, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role supports collegial front-of-house operations and requires a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in high-volume settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of menu, cocktails, and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests professionally, taking orders and delivering beverages.
• Utilize steps of service and upselling to highlight daily specials.
• Greet guests, manage seating/reservations, and maintain smooth table rotation.
• Ensure cleanliness of service station and guest-visible areas.
• Support front-of-house tasks such as refilling beverages and resetting tables.
• Respond to minor guest concerns and escalate major issues to management.
